All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours from our fulfillment facility. Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email or by whatsapp message and can track your shipment using the AWB number provided by the courier.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email will include your order number, summary of items, and shipping details. Your order is considered confirmed once this email is received.

We can update your shipping address only if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible via email (marketing.beautyandblends@gmail.com) or phone (+973 6674 9749) with your order number and the new address. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
