Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must:

Be in the same condition you received them

Be unused beyond initial inspection

Include all original tags, seals, and packaging

Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, leaking, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
These items may be returned or replaced even if opened during inspection.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene standards, safety considerations, and product handling regulations:

Products used beyond initial inspection

Items not returned in original packaging

Custom-blended or personalized fragrance products

Gift cards

Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item you have.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Returned items must be unused beyond initial inspection, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
